This Caribbean style villa with pool is situated in the shore side community of Bout du Lac ( By the lake ). At the south tip of the lake there is a beach area with facilities for launching sailing boats and also moorings can be obtained for motor boats. The cycle track which runs the length of the lake is close to the villa.

The Villa is organised on two levels the ground floor having a spacious open plan lounge with comfortable double settee, large dining table and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area. There is also a shower and toilet. The lounge area has a fabulous 50 inch flat screen satellite TV and around sound music system. The lounge opens on to the pool side covered terrace area with large table seating 8 people.

The 1st floor consists 3 bedrooms ( 2 dbl + 1 twin ) family bathroom and separate toilet.

On the poolside there is additional accommodation for 2 people (double sofa bed) in the pool house which has a shower, wc and wash hand basin.

The swimming pool is approx 9m x 5m and can be accessed at the shallow end by integral steps. The pool is fenced in to European standards and is not heated.

There is a large enclosed garden with mature trees providing shade and there is hard standing for 3 cars. There are two good lakeside restaurants (Chapet Chez ma Couzin) a short walk away ) The entrance to the beach area described above is 500m. Local amenities at Doussard Village centre.
