The originality and charm of Gruissan based as much on its location by the sea on its immediate environment.  Gruissan old fishing village and vineyards, its winding streets and old houses, encircles the base of the tower vulnerable Barbarossa.  The Residence is located in the neighbourhood Mateille, 200 m from the lagoon, 1 km from the beach and pier, close to shops and restaurants. It consists of terraced houses in pastel shades and offers apartments for 4 and 6 persons with mezzanine floor: kitchen (hot plate), shower room with toilet and small garden or terrace.  There is also an outdoor pool open from mid-June to late September and free outdoor parking (1 space per villa).
