Gruissan’s originality and charm lie as much in the fact that it is close to the sea as in its immediate surroundings.  This old fishing and wine-growing village, with its narrow streets and ancient houses, encircles the foot of the vulnerable Barberousse tower.  The Residence is situated in the Ayguades area of the town, 5km from the centre of the town and 500m from the nearest shops and restaurants. The complex, in a peaceful and sunny setting, is composed of little semi-detached houses, with mezzanine, sleeping 4 or 6 pers.
