"Residence Filanda" is situated in a very quiet area on the slopes of Brione mountain at about 1,5 km. from the beach and 2 km. from the city centre surrounded by vineyards, olivegroves and orchards. In the neighbourhood you can find a supermarket and restaurants. It is also a starting point for enchanting walks and excursions. All the big apartments (till 60 qm., 2-6 people, with one or two sleeping rooms) are nicely and fully furnished with safe and balcony. 10.000 qm. park.
