The Residence, built on the mountain-side, is made up of semi-detached chalets facing south/south-west and with an open outlook.

Built in 1955, the Kandahar has been totally renovated in 1994, and expanded in 2001. Constructed of wood and stone, it remains faithful to the architectural style of Haute Tarentaise.
